

My name is Emily and I live in Brooklyn, NY. Before joining the program, I struggled with alternating between binge eating and restricting. Sometimes this took the form of bingeing on weekends and restricting during the week, other times I restricted for months at a time and then inevitably fell back into binge eating all the things I’d been cutting out. This caused me to gain and lose 5–10 pounds for years. Going into the program, I wanted to build healthier habits, get stronger and keep the extra weight off for good. The most valuable thing I gained from this program was changing my relationship with food. A lot of things that I would normally cut out or be afraid to eat (like bread or sweets) were on the meal plans, but they were always in moderation and often had added protein. This made me feel like I could still indulge without feeling guilty. And now, my “guilt” around certain foods has really gone away. I’m mindful of my macros but I also don’t beat myself up for having drinks out with friends. I also felt like the workouts were super manageable and fit even within my super busy schedule of 10-hour work days. Though the changes in my before and after pics were subtle, they’re definitely there, and I feel so much stronger and more confident in my body. What’s different about Slyma is that not only is everything catered to you, you also have a coach encouraging you and providing support through all the difficult times. I would not have kept with the program if not for Kiara being such a supportive and consistent coach. She never made me feel guilty on days I slipped up, and offered tips to help me manage busier or more stressful weeks. The lessons I learned will truly last me a lifetime!

My name is Chantelle, and I’m based in Sydney. Before joining SLYMA, I really struggled to find a long-term, balanced approach to health. I’d go through cycles of restricting myself too much, then binging, and constantly yo-yoing with my diet. I joined SLYMA because I wanted to feel my best again and find a sustainable approach that I could actually stick to. I wanted something that fit into my lifestyle, not something I had to fight against. Working with Hannah over the past few months has been such a positive experience. She’s given me the tools, support, and guidance to create real, lasting habits. The combination of personalized nutrition, structured workouts, and daily check-ins has helped me stay consistent without ever feeling restricted. She’s kept me motivated when I found it hard and really helped me stay on track! I’ve now lost over 5kg, but more importantly, I feel so much better in my own body. I love my new lifestyle on this program and am looking forward to keeping it going even after I finish the program. I think the program stands out from everything I’ve tried before because the workouts and meal plans are easy to follow, you don’t have to spend hours at the gym or eat boring, tasteless “diet food”, yet the program really works. I also really appreciate that the coaches are honest and direct about what it takes to reach your goals, and they’re not afraid to push me. Before joining SLYMA I struggled with understanding what MY body needed. I constantly threw myself into new workout and nutrition plans but they often felt like one size fits all. I would feel slightly leaner but then by the end of the program, I’d go back to my old ways. I struggled finding that lifestyle change that makes your goals sustainable. I also wanted to find my confidence again! I was feeling pretty insecure about certain areas of my body and Emma helped me so much. I joined SLYMA to feel my absolute BEST for my wedding. I wanted to round out my engagement by feeling incredible physically and mentally. I also wanted to learn what served MY body specifically. So far, I’ve dropped around 5 pounds and have been muscle growth/shape in places I never have! I didn’t start this plan wanting to lose weight necessarily, I just wanted to feel firmer and stronger. I’ve shed that fluff layer and feel truly so confident. I have rounded and lifted my glutes which was a specific goal of mine! I feel so flirty and confident as I head into my wedding and honeymoon! SLYMA is different because it’s not a crash diet/plan quick fix. The tools that Emma has equipped me with have translated into knowledge that I will carry with me forever. Emma has never once made me feel bad about missing a workout or not hitting my nutrition goals. She’s been so encouraging, relatable with the ebbs and flows of life and educational to me! She’s quick to answer questions or concerns. I’ve felt so supported during this whole process. I feel confident knowing that I’ve invested in a lifestyle change, not just a workout plan. I’m bettering myself in more ways than one and I couldn’t be more thankful for coach Emma!

Before joining this program, I was stuck in that “skinny fat” limbo, around 47 to 47.5kg, with everyone around me constantly telling me, “You’re already skinny, you don’t need to lose weight!” But I didn’t feel strong, confident, or comfortable in my own skin. Then I stumbled across Kiara’s TikTok, then Ryley’s Instagram, and I learned so much from them and was truly curious to try their approach. I just wanted to give this “change” one more chance because I was so hopeless. Their approach completely changed my life. FOREVER. I was always told to cut off sugar, eat “healthy,” and I just couldn’t stick to that because it’s not realistic! Kiara told me something so simple yet revolutionary: “You can eat whatever you want, as long as you’re in your deficit and hitting your protein goals.” And wow, that changed everything for me. I no longer restrict myself. I eat the foods I love, I plan ahead, and I feel free. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. I now have the dream body I always wanted, and it only took 4 months. Four. Months. The time was gonna pass anyway, but now it passed while I built a healthy relationship with food, movement, and life in general. This program didn’t just help me transform my body, it helped me fall in love with living again. I feel strong, balanced, and in control, without ever feeling deprived. Honestly, they changed my life. If you’re thinking about signing up, do it. Just do it. You’ll thank yourself in a few months. You know I can honestly go on and on about you guys because you truly changed my life in a way I never thought was possible. I put my sister and my cousin onto the program and my cousin already lost 2kg within 3 weeks!

This is the first time I've seen the scale drop. I feel like I've been trying to lose weight for like 2 years now with no progress at all so I'm so glad I chose to do this!
