SLYMA provides education, coaching, accountability and general lifestyle guidance.
We do not provide medical, mental health, or nutrition therapy services.
Nothing on this site, in our program, or in our communications is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or eating disorder.
Our coaches are not acting as doctors, dietitians, psychologists, or other licensed professionals.
You should always consult with your doctor or qualified health provider before starting any new diet, training or lifestyle program, especially if you have a medical condition, take medications, or have a history of disordered eating.
Results
Every woman is different. Your results will depend on many factors including your starting point, health history, effort, consistency, and ability to follow guidance.
The client stories and transformations we share are real examples of what’s possible, not promises of what you will achieve.
We do not guarantee any specific amount of weight loss, body composition change, or time frame.
Mental Health & Relationship With Food
If at any point during the program you feel your relationship with food, exercise or your body is becoming unhealthy or obsessive, you must:
1. Tell your coach immediately, and
2. Seek support from a qualified mental health or medical professional.
If we believe SLYMA is no longer appropriate or safe for you, we may pause or end coaching and refer you to other resources.
